Quick Tips

Before you head out, here are a few things to keep in mind to make
the most of your weekend! Always check the event organizer’s website or
social media page for the most up-to-date information — times,
locations, and details can change. For popular events like the Suwanee
Arts Festival and the Lawrenceville Boogie, plan to arrive early to snag
a good spot and avoid parking headaches. If you’re attending outdoor
events, keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress in layers — April
in Georgia can be warm during the day and cooler in the evenings. Many
events are free, but some workshops and ticketed shows may require
advance registration, so don’t wait until the last minute. And as
always, support our local vendors, artists, and small businesses when
you’re out there — they are the heartbeat of Gwinnett County!
