  • Penelope Merced, Chief Technology Officer at MidCap Financial, is a powerhouse in digital transformation. Since 2016, she has built and led five IT core domains from scratch, championing data analytics, cybersecurity, and enterprise optimization.
  • Heather Milam, Head of Americas Technology and Product Engineering at IRIS Software Group, ensures engineering excellence across regions. She plays a pivotal role in product delivery and global collaboration within the company’s senior leadership.
